Hello. Happy new year. And happy new decade too. I hope all is groovy. Pretty groovy here apart from the leaking radiator in my office. It was "fixed" this week only to reveal that the plumber had fixed the non leaking part, so it's still leaking.

Anyway, back to other more important things, like the 50p mailout. First up, there won't be as many 50p Friday offerings this year as I really don't have enough time to get it all sorted every single week, but the weekly mailings will all continue as usual. And now I've said that (which I wasn't actually expecting to say) there's a weird part of me that knows I will try and make one 50p offering available every week anyway.

So, today, for 50p is Polynesia. This is a mega rare exotic LP I repressed last year. Many of you have the LP. BUT there has been no download of this legendary Buddy Collette masterpiece available. Until now. So here it is for 50p.

In other news I went to see 1917 the movie this week. Incredible. Can't recommend it enought for lots of reasons.

Here's another movie I saw this week - Inside Pop - a brilliant and serious documentary all about the 60s revolution in popular music. And hosted by Leonard Bernstein.

I'm now off to run around the nearby park. It's a new fitness regime I've started that will not last, but a little part of me dreams of Dustin Hoffman in Marathon Man, the other part thinks of Benny Hill.

Thanks fo listening
