Hello. It's hot. So I'd planned today's #50pFriday to orginally be a hot percussion one, but then I found out that the encoding of it had resulted in two tracks the same (again!), so I've just changed today's #50pFriday album to something all hot and saucy instead. And boy, do I mean saucy. Don't Touch My Nylons is a classic album of suggestive Calypso with songs all about Mary's bush, doing things all night and a lovely big watermelon that everyone wants to nibble on at bedtime. Oh yes.

Brilliantly sung by the marvellous Mary Bryant, this really is a charming joy with a subtle sprinkling of hot Caribbean sauce. You can download it here. Those of you with eagle eyes may well spot the magnificent Pamela Green on the cover art.

So, my apologies to anyone who has already downloaded the other album, I will make it up to you.

I hope you have a super weekend, and does anyone know where I can buy a paddling pool? Everywhere around here has sold out and the old one in the garden has a rather inconvenient puncture.

Best wishes

Jonny
