To be honest, we're not going to Spain at all. But the #50p album is a classic called Jazz Espagnole and so "50p Trip To Spain" is the best line I could think of after getting a bit tiddly last night with some old chums of mine. But you might be off to Spain so it might work. Anyway, this album is by the master of Latin percussion, Sabu Martinez, here fronting an infamous band led by Franke Malangre. This album is known as one of the finest latin percussion monsters ever made, with killer sambas, descargas, Afros and mambos all the way, one of the many highlights for me being the cover of Nica's Dream. This red hot album may well have you bopping all over the place all weekend. It can be found here, along with all other 50p albums from July. Blimey, it's the end of July already.

You will be pleased to note that the next two Trunk LPs are on their way to the pressing plant, and a most exciting 7" is being made too, but I can't tell you about that at the moment as it's a big, big secret.

I'm now off to the miniature village in Beaconsfield with my kids. I plan to go in a Godzilla outfit and will be stamping all over it when I get the chance. You may well hear about this adventure on the local news.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
