Hello, and a Happy New year to you. I remembered this morning that I was supposed to do a sort of end of year round up with the #50pFriday releases as I get a lot of emails from people who missed out on certain ones. So I have decided to put some of the classic #50pFriday albums from 2014 up for sale so you can get any you missed. Of course you may well have not missed any at all and if so, my apologies but there are some superb 50p albums on their way for 2015. There are fifteen 50p album right here and possibly more next week as about 52 albums were made available for 50p last year. Do remember, if you click on the album image then the options for WAV or MP3 comes up. And if there are ones you missed let me know and I will sort them for next week.
Thanks to all the people who got very excited about Tam...Tam...Tam...! just before Christmas. My stock sold out very fast but a new dleivery arrived yesterday, so it's all back in stock here. Sounds of the Universe sold 60 copies of it in one hour the day it came out. Bonkers.
I have some interesting and bizarre releases coming up for 2015 and I now have to go and get the artwork started and sorted for the first one. It is the first Trunk double album (and possibly the most peculiar one of all time), but more about that in a few weeks.
In the meantime, here is another one of those strange academic BBC TV broadcasts about children making music in schools in the late 1960s. The sound is a bit quiet but there are some killer moments, one of which is at 17:17. I'm going to try and sign that trio up.
Thanks for listening.
