Hello and good morning. I hope you are well. I'm a bit crap, with a severe bout of something Bronchial, which is nice. This, however, has not stopped me getting up dead early and getting on with stuff, like today's awesome #50pFriday. Sadly it's based on a recent death, this time dear old Rod McKuen. I do love a bit of Rod, from his strange Earth, Sea and Sky experiments with Anita Kerr to his really odd soundtracks (have you heard Lisa Bright And Dark?) and his amazing arrangements for people like Rock Hudson. I don't have those for you today, but instead for 50p you can download his first ever album - the mighty fine and classically cool "Beatsville". It's a sort of calm Beatnik jazz experiment, with Rod telling tales of mushroom burgers, hip girls in cafés and odd poetry. And mighty fine it is too. It can be found here.

Anyone who missed out on a pigeon Vision on tee shirts or Khaki Trunk ones at Christmas will be thrilled to know some more have arrived. All on this page. And because of a greedbag glitch (yes, another one) there were tee shirts and sweatshirts made available that I didn't actually make, so now they are made and are here.

There is also now a Trunk Soundcloud page. It's only taken about five years to sort out, and I'm not actually sure why its been done, but I thought I'd give it a go, and of course it allows me to stick up strange music that I have already issued and sounds that are still to come. I've also put up a recent mix and the radio show I did with my anarchic kids. Heaven knows what else may arrive over the next few months, but the Trunk Soundcloud page can be found and laughed at right here. And of course you can subscribe, which is where the fun really starts.

Andy Weatherall's beard is for sale here, currently about to hit £40,000.

And against my better judgement I have decided this morning to go to the Spitalfields Records Fayre, the intentions being 1) to dig about in the cold and find some killer wax and 2) maybe to catch something unsavoury to go along with my horrid cough.

Thanks for listening.
