Hello, I hope all is groovy. It's not that groovy here as I didn't really go to bed last night.

This is entirely my fault as I started watching the latest episode of Masterchef on catchup / iplayer which then led me to Line Of Duty, and I watched all five episodes of that in one hit and went to bed at 4am.

Today is the final spoken word thing, so we have the last part of the EE Cummings work. Also, it's May Day on Monday so I have added some folk, and also thrown in a track about an Owl, which has nothing to do with May at all, but I like it. Everything 50p can be found right here.

Bore yourself rigid with my latest 4 hour set at Spiritland. Someone bought me a drink when I dropped a Broadcast track.

And following on from Masterchef here you can watch Fanny Craddock butcher an omlette in 1975. You may feel a bit sick afterwards based on several things on this video including her cooking.

And finally, if you are not aware already there is a Delia Derbyshire event in Coventry Cathedral on her birthday, which is next Friday. I will be there (with Dammers, Howlround, Hannah Peel, Zinovieff etc) playing records and introducing a rare showing of Circle Of Light, even though they have failed to add this to the listing.

I'm now off to a leather shop. Not that sort of leather shop.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
