Hello, I hope all is groovy. It's well groovy here.
First of all it was great to meet a load of Trunk people at Coventry Cathedral for the Derbyshire Deliaphonics day - I saw a number of classic Trunk tees being worn including a super rare Galactic Nightmare one.
This week I thought I'd stick with the black and white sleeved experimental music theme and, as you can tell by the subject of this email, it's Stockhausen and his contemporaries. Music for percussion, tape and funny guys. It can be found here, with Delia and Tod still around for just 50p
If you wish to spend more than 50p today you can also go and buy yourself a Stockhausen baseball cap, right here.
As for a daft film, I have been listening mostly to this track, which was sent to me on a link a few weeks ago by someone on this mailing list who said they couldn't stop listening to it, and then neither could I and so I had to buy it on vinyl and it took two weeks to arrive by post from Poland and was delivered by a postman riding a Bison.
I'm now off to Elephant & Castle to give an "Unorthodox Career Development Talk" at The LCC.
Thanks for listening
Jonny
