Hello, I hope all is groovy. It's quite groovy here, although I have had enough of the mad painter who has come this week to paint the hall and has painted loads of things he wasn't supposed to paint. LIke the floor.
It has made me quite moody, becuase I work from home and he is here too. So today I have a well moody 50p offering: Emotions by Richard Shores. It's an early concept style LP, with several tracks based on singular and important feelings. Most of the the emotions he musically covers I have enjoyed this week, including Love, Frustration, Nostalgia and Gay. This unusual album can be found right here, for just 50p.
If you are about in London today I am Djing briefly at Burgerac's Burgershack pop up at The Heavenly Social. About lunctime. Playing burger music, as he serves up lashing of burgers and fries and that. Music like this I suppose.
The idea of burgers always puts me in mind of this, a classic animation that won the Oscar for animated short in 2009. A work of absoloute genius.
I'm now going to pack my moody foody LPs and head into town.
Thanks for listening
Jonny
