Hello, I hope all is groovy. It's well groovy here.

Thanks to all who signed up for the all new @houseoftrunk instagram tee shirt larks. I have now started posting up rare, geek and chic tee shirts. Thanks also for the flood of emails about the ladies singing "Who Will Buy" in the Ipswich Shopping Centre. It must have hit several nerves.

As it's January I continue to do what I normally do on a January Friday and post up a heap of past populars, but this time I'm not sure all have been put up as 50p Friday offers in the past before so it's a win win situation. This week we have the OST to Kurosawa's Seven Samurai, Yusef Lateef's classic Before Dawn, Jim Fasset's early tape work and the original theme to Tony Hancock's The Rebel. If you have not seen The Rebel before, here is a classic moment. All 50pFriday offerings can be found here.

Last night I was wondering what on earth to send out as a small film link, and then an email magically arrived via someone on this mailing list's friend called David. He introduced it as Black Sabbath meets Sherlock Holmes in Germany. It's groovy. It's here. PLease note that The Hound Of The Baskerville in this case is a small Pekingese. Superb.

I am now off to walk the child number two to school then walk the dog and then walk to the Spitalfields Record Fayre where last time I bought a set of unreleased Sunforest acetates which I still haven't listened too. Pretty sure I'll be buying some more music I don't need this morning too, just like I did yesterday.

Thanks for listening.

Jonny
