Hello, I hope all is groovy. It sure is hot and grrovy here.

First of all, thanks to all who bought VIrgin Witch this week. My stock is all gone - there is some stock left for shops etc via my distributor, but my allocation is all gone. However I am now trying to find out if there are any parts (labels and sleeves) left at the pressing plant so I can "press to parts" to get some more. I shall keep you informed.

In the meantime, new Trunk tees came in: Vision On "discharge prints" - yes I know this sounds gross but it's actually when instead of ink this water-based salt is screened onto the tee shirt and the design is bleached out of the colour of the tee shirt. So we have a subtle coffee and cream version, and a sexy pale blue version too. Also, there are new standard screenprinted Giant Trunk Logo tee shirts, with the Trunk logo set large - these are in blue / white and what I can call coffee and cream again because I've not heard that expression for a colorway for some while and I think it should come back all the time. There is also a re-up of Woollies tees and totes as they keep selling out and people want more. All tees can be seen here. All totes can be seen here

And while we are talking about coffee, the 50p Friday album is Black Coffee - a super classic early vocal album by Peggy Lee - without doubt the female vocalist that really opened the door into the wild and wondrous world of female vocalists for me. Flawless vocals. I mean flawless. Black Coffee is here on the 50p Page that is getting rather big and rather out of hand now.

Also, if you've not seen the 1950s film for Peggy Lee's "Fever", you really need to right now. Trouble is the one I really wanted to link to with the weird clicking hands coming out of the wall is no longer on YouTube, so, instead here's the one with the really camp topless men wearing sort of dining suit / dungarees from the Andy Williams Show. Awesome.

I'm now off to interview Brix Smith-Start for Spotify. Hopefully she will bring her two pugs and they can answer some questions too.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
