Hello, I hope all is groovy. It's quite groovy here but as you might be able to guess from the title of this Friday mailout, there are still sod all downloads accessible from the Greedbag site. Well there are some apparently, but not all and it's "unpredictable" in seven languages. So I'm still waiting to find out exactly why but it must be quite digitally complicated because a small team with big brains (so I'm told) have been trying to sort it now for over a week and have still failed. Hey ho.

In the meantime I have put the limited new Trunk 7" single in ye olde Trunk shoppe. This is the superb double A Side - Side One Is Karin Krog and her sonic adventure with Don Ellis from 1969 - "A Quite Place" - and what a sublime exotic groovy thing it is too. This track was only ever available on Don's micro label Brave. And you won't find one of those pressings in a hurry. The B Side is a cut from Mark Murphy's very rare UK only jazz LP, his stunning cover of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now". Bloody marvellous on both sides too. Now available right here

Also this week more strange Bollywood film clips have been coming in from members of this list. My favourite this week has been The Beatles, not THE Beatles but possibly the Bombay Beatles. I know that original Beatles records from India on 78rpm are very highly sought after (like thousands of £££s), but I had no idea that the Fab Four has such influence, even in Bollywood. Check this out. Brilliant.

This mailing has been sent to you early as I'm now heading out at 7am to drive to Ipswich. I'm not telling you why, but it involves Lego. Also I was going to post up something about wet pants and radiators, but it's a bit early for that kind of thing.

Thanks for listening.

Jonny
