Hello, I hope all is groovy. Things are pretty groovy here. Especially now the sun is shining and I am wearing no vest for the first time in months.

From all this heat to something more frozen: a hundred and seven years ago this week Titanic sunk in the ice cold Atlantic. A while back I got very interested in the band that played as the ship went down (here's the violin), and investigated all kinds of music that was played. The result was a most unsual album of period music, songs and hymns that are relevent to that fateful voyage. And it's here it is for just 50p.

Thanks this week to the hundreds and I mean hundreds who emailed last week asking for a gold Basil Kirchin Worlds Within Worlds LP. I only had about 20 after the promos went out so my apologies if you did not get an email saying you secured one. However the black LPs are available this weekend in the usual place if you didn't manage to buy one via a record shop and RSD.

Thanks also if you turned up to the Wobbly Sounds book launch. And thanks also for buying the book if you already have.

For a film this week I give you the extreme choice between cute little grazing seaslugs and Ugandan TV.  You choose.

I'm now heading west to have lunch with my family and hope that my little doggy will make friends with my sister's pair of dressed up cats (they may well be wearing bonnets).

Thanks for listening as always. And a happy easter to you.
