hello, I hope all is groovy. It's very groovy here and pretty busy too.

So, first of all HUGE thanks to everyone who managed to help Wrappers Delight hit its crowdfunding target IN JUST 36 HOURS!!!!!!! I thought we'd struggle to make it in 30 days, but 36 HOURS. Hell yeah! We are currently at £25K, we have just pushed the button on putting it all together, I'm writing frantically, and there are still 100 Kenny Graham Advertising EPs left, and a new offer of 2 books for the price of less than two books. All can be seen and peldged here.

There was no 50p Friday last week. This week we have one that is just about 60 years old today. You can sort of tell from the title:

This Record Was Made By John Betjeman On The 9th Day Of June 1959. It can be found here, say happy birthday from me.

In other news I'm researching hard for the Wrappers Delight book. I have over 200 brands to write about, many that came and went in flash throughout the mid to late 20th Century. I found this yesterday as part of my research and wasn't expecting it at all, investigating an old fizzy drink. Worth watching for many peculiar and period reasons...

I'm now off to do more investigations about funny old pop and snacks. One interesting fact for you - Trebor is the name of the founder (Robert) in reverse.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
