HI there, I hope all is groovy. Pretty groovy here, spent the week up to my neck in hundreds and hundreds of Wrappers Delight mailings, which are still going on.

My apologies to all who had grief with the Greedbag system last week. Things (especially Pop Trumps) were not going in virtual baskets. Apparently this was due to St Etienne releasing an early festive treat and all their fans buy-buy-buying everything everywhere, which the greedbag store had difficulty with. All fixed now, so I'm told. Thanks to all those who bought Pop Trumps, there are only about 50 packs left. And I got sent an email yesterday saying that a guy in Scotland had bought the pack, opened it, played the game and then realised that he'd actually got a copy of the Banksy Blowpop 12" which is currently worth in excess of £4000. He had no idea. Brilliant. Love it.

Also, because of the mass St Etienne mailout only about half of the Pop Trumps have actually been sent out. The rest are going tomorrow I believe / have been told. Basically there are only two staff in the warehouse and a MASS of post is being processed. Add to this grumpy postment who only take a limited amount of post in the little van. Everyone has said "sorry".

In other news, the 50p Friday today is not festive as it's still November. So, we have the classic Three Penny Opera (Kurt Weill) played by the Australian Jazz Quintet. Quite on political point in some respects as the moment, it being (apparently) a socialist view of a capitalist world. I was pleasantly suprised by this record when I first got it. It's pretty good actually, fine version of the classic "Mack The Knife". All 50p larks are here.

Lots of sad news this week - many deaths including Jonathan Miller - who I was lucky enough to speak with about his Alice In Wonderland a couple of years ago. And (another fab Australian) Clive James, a true fave here in Trunk land, and here he is with the insane Endurance.

MIght see you at the Indy Label Market tomorrow, all the new Trunk records will be there, and then they will be in Ye Olde Trunk shoppe next week, which is in December when, for me, the Christmas period slowly begins.

To answer many questions that have come in this week, YES there will be a Jonny Trunk Xmas mix this year. Possibly going to get that sorted this weekend. I have a good new stash of fine and odd festive wax.

I'm now off to finish the Wrappers Delight mailouts and to gather LPs and Original Peter bags for the market tomorrow. Got my thermals ready already.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
