Hello I hope all is groovy. It's pretty groovy here, it's Valentine's Day and I have greeted my wife this morning with 1) a handmade card with a slightly rude joke on it and 2) a terrible but totally class 1980s jumper of a woman in a blindfold. I ask you, does it get much better?

Anyway, yes, full of love here at Trunk HQ, and the 50p larks are all about love too. Loads of love. All stacked up. Some slightly more loved-up than others. Something not for everyone. All albums of love for 50p can be found here you lovely people.

As for next week, there will be no 50p Friday mailing as I will be in another country making a fool of myself on a mountain. HOWEVER I will be back on Sunday 23rd in time for the five hour library music set with Martin Green at Spiritland Southbank which is FREE and FUN from 1pm to 6pm.

Sad news this week with the death of a lesser known Hollywood great, Paula Kelly. A major dancing force, she starred in all sorts of films, from Blaxploitation to Hollywood blockbusters. Here she is at The Oscars dancing to a breakbeat version of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and you also can spot her here in this TOTALLY CLASSIC Sweet Charity scene.

I'm now off to walk around the park with my mother-in-law. Please send me an email if you are up for coming along or even replacing me totally.

Thanks for listening

Jonny
