Morning, hope you are well. Holding on this end. Been through some strange difficult moments mixed with the bizarre throughout this funny historic week. The teen got a "Going Out" badge awarded, as he put some actual clothes on and went out the front door for the first time since December. He also wrote a thank you card which I posted on Instagram.
In other news I may well have managed to get a library track about a dancing chicken on an advert about Italian tomatoes.
Also, had an email this week saying that a Christmas order from Trunk (posted on the 14th December) had finally arrived. That's only one month and one week (to go four miles across London). Hornsey seems to be a troubled area for post at the moment (very few staff well enough to work I'm told, and no drivers either), and is indeed on the Post Office blacklisted area list thing.
As I mentioned last week, there is a Trunk Stupid Sale today. Some records (including Night Kaleidescope that I withdrew immediately as there is a LARGE spelling mistake oin the cover), some tees and a sweatshirt. Starting at £2.99. Bargains to be had. All here.
For a small film this week I was sent this odd animated think with Dizzy Gillespie and Dudley Moore working together. It's from 1964. I had no idea it ever existed. The Hat can be seen here.
I'm now off to walk around the local cemetary in my thermals. Obviously I will have other clothes on too.
Thanks for listeing as always
Jonny
