Hello, I hope you are well. All fine here, Mrs Trunk got tested early in the week because she went to bed early feeling tired and woke up in the morning with a headache. She was clear and I said it must have been something to do with me drugging her the night before. In other news the teen has been out of the house once again - this time I dragged him to Homebase and he got lost. Not sure he's seen anywhere like Homebase before. However there were sweets at the till so he was OK after that.
Last night I realised that Valentine's Day is almost upon us. We alway get woken up early that day by the postal truck bringing countless cards and gifts and chocs just for me. So today I have made the all new 50p Valentine Page. Full of love and music and joy and 50p things. Right here darling.
In other news this week another Trunk LP has just gone off to get made, so I am expecting 4 back in within the next 4 months. And I just ordered some enamel badges (a first for Trunk) which I am extremely animated and incredibly excited about. More info in a couple of weeks. They will look great on that zoom call. Or when you are hoovering again.
Also last night I pre-recorded the OST Show for Resonance FM. One of the LPs I pulled from the shelves was a bizarre Young Generation / Disney LP with a good version of "Give A Little Whistle on it". Then I remembered I had another Young Generation LP issued by the BBC with a pre Blue Peter Leslie Judd on the front cover. Then I did some more digging and found this raving mad 20 minute "US industrial style" musical made for GiroBank (of all people) and starring not just The Young Generation but also Dick Emery. It's nuts. It's here. Spot Leslie Judd if you can...
I'm now off to comb and brush my mullet. And to deal with an on line order for loo roll that I have never ordered.
Thanks for listening
