hello, I hope all is well. All good here, kids back to school, Mrs Trunk just off to a well earned yoga retreat with girlfriends for the weekend. I am left here with an 11 year old who has just turned pescetarian and there is a serious lack of fish finger room in the freezer. And he doesn't like any other fish.
Thanks to all who came to the record fayre on Saturday at Bolt. Great fun and good trade from 11am to 5pm. Thurston bought one of my Komeda LPs. Very much a fun day. Don't forget the Trunk 25th anniversary fayre in N16 on 2nd October. Lots of records, lots of people who don't normally sell records selling records, clothes, tees, cakes, beer, posters, art, all sorts, plus a music quiz and DJs. Free to get in. More news will follow.
Yesterday we FINALLY took delivery of the Bartleby vinyl repress. Yes, they are in at last. Most are spoken for already but I have some left. PLUS we had another "found at the warehouse" parcel which included about 50 random returned LPs including Spider Jazz, TIme Signals, all sorts. Some are sealed, some open, some with tiny creases on the front, all can be found on the vinyl page here at very reduced prices.
Yesterday I lost about 20 minutes watching parrot videos. They are on this instagram page. There's a good football one.
I'm now off to my office to try and sort it out. It's got to the stage where I cannot open the door and I cannot close it either. There's also an old jacket in there I bought recently that my wife does not know about. Let's keep that between us.
Thanks for listening
