hello, I hope all is groovy. All pretty good here, have spent a lot of half term with child number two at the skatebowl, learning all sorts of new moves and lingo, like "frontside ollie", "carving" and "pain stickers".  He can now "drop in". And has also taken to wearing chords and a plaid shirt. Way better than his former trackbottom / builder look although with the wrong shoes he looks like a farmer. 

So, Halloween is upon us (teen now going as an Ewok, basically wearing his dressing gown) and so I have opened the 50p Halloween store, a mass of classic spooky tunes, compilations and soundtracks perfect for this weekend await you. It's all here, all 50p. 

Here is a film Martin Green told me about this week, includes rare appearances by Cal Tjader, Dom Um Romeo and Walter Wanderley!!!! Cal is on at about 17:30, doing the body painting contest.

I'm now off to drive for six hours. Maybe seven. Very much loking forward to a service station visit already.
