hello, I hope all is groovy. Pretty frantic this end - have had a week of teen mocks with a lot of cramming going on. A fridge arrived yesterday. We now also have an oven. And the only meltdown this week involved the 11 year old playing Minecraft and invading everyone's earspace with headphone based SHOUTING FOR HOURS.
Thanks to all who bought stuff last week. Blood On Satan's Claw just arrived and is being sent out over the next few days. Shadows of Fear has left the factory (on Tuesday) and could well arrive today or Monday. A small number of Musicwise owls will be made because all the others sold out. And people want more owls.
Yesterday I picked up a short run of Ecstasy For Records tees and sweats, all made using the original and earlier Ecstasy For Records two colour record shop bag, which is even groovier than the other one colour bag design you may be familiar with. A new Hermons (no apostrophe) at Preston Bus Station tote has arrived and we also found a small box of 18 A4 Planet Of The Apes gum wrapper 3 colour screenprints that we did for Wrappers Delight. All available right here.
Also, the annual 50p Christmas offerings have now been activated here. Singing pigs, happy monks, Japanese choirs and a Space Age Santa await you.
I was sent this link this week. Three For All. Terrible 70s rock film with all star cast by the man who later made Casino Royale with Daniel Craig.
Very much looking forward to seeing everyone at Dirty Fan Male next Tuesday. And there may well be an early email next week about two small events but I will tell you about them now anyway: Xmas Fayre at Zippo Records / Bolt Motorcyles in N16 on 11th December - I will have some old and new LPs to sell, there will be the groovy tee shirt guy, loads of other stuff. Another State 51 Xmas thingy on 17th December at 2B Swanfield Street, with Pye Corner Audio playing, stalls with stuff, mulled wine, all sorts plus free prints for the first 100 customers, profits going to the Whitechapel Shelter. Much more info next week. Super.
I'm now off to freeze my nuts off at the Spitalfields Record Fayre. And to get wet on the way.
Thanks for listening as always.
Jonny
