Hello and a happy 2022 to you. I hope you had a groovy Christmas and New Year.

All went well here, we had a slight issue with a granny (doing multiple U turns) on the lead up to the big day and that was about it. We just hung around here not doing much. But we now have a new issue in the house, involving the 11 year old's hair. He has a little bit of a cowlick thing going on, and is using half a tub of gel every morning to keep it down at school. I get it. I too had a cowlick at about the same age (right hand side of my head, over my ear, pinged out about 2 inches on an upward trajectory) that really did my head in. My only way out of it was to cut it off. And then of course it grew back bigger and stronger. It's briefly a big worry when you are 11. 

Anyway, this week I have been not drinking and also digging about at the warehouse sorting all Trunk stock out. This time of year I normally end up at the darts in Frimley Green. Not going this year as the darts and the food have got even worse and they were pretty bad to start with (not even sure if it's even on!). One of the darts fans I normally go with sent me this video last night. Ted "The Count" Hankey on the "Devil's Finish". This was seen live on Dutch TV I believe. WARNING! THERE IS BAD SWEARING. I'm told this has "gone viral".

I'm now off to freeze my hands, feet and nuts off at Spitalfields Record fayre. See you there.
