Morning, I hope all is well. Pretty good here, as last night I met Elaine Delmar. She's 82. She looks 42. She sings like nothing I've ever heard. She does singing exercises in traffic jams. Wow.

This morning I am still thinking about Elaine. It's a bit like when I met Floella Benjamin at the Ritz Hotel.

Anyway, I've had a fun week with Bob Stanley, Gus and Debzy in Saltaire and Rough Trade East. Next week we're hitting Manchester (Blackwell's on Monday) and Glasgow (Monorail on Tuesday) really hard. I must say I met some really lovely people in the Saltaire Social Club, including a dancing couple (in their 80s) who refused to dance unless it was a lively jazz number. Any waltz and they say down. They even put talc on the floor when the danced. Wow again.

More Owls and parrots and stuff has just arrived in ye olde Trunk shoppe as the last lot all sold out.

I'm now off to the record fayre at Spitalfields to show off all my new tiny muscles that have developed as I now swim so much in the local pond.

Thanks for listening as always.

Jonny
