Morning, I hope all is well. All well here now that everything I wanted made for the festive season is in.
First up is Witchfinder General. This is the first time this soundtrack has been commercially issued (it did come out as a library LP in 1970), and here I have presented it with the full story behind the film and music, all in a gatefold sleeve, complete with the most superb pop-up Vincent Price / Matthew Hopkins inside. It looks amazing even though I say so myself. It may even break the internet.
Next up is a new flexi, with an unreleased mid 1970s track by none other than Lieutenant Pigeon. I pressed it to coinside with Will Hodgkinson's new book "Perfect Harmony" re-examining 1970s novelty pop.
There is a new pack of Pop Trumps - this year it's horror soundtracks, so there are 55 cards ranging from The Others to Under The Skin and all horrid points in between, with rarity, scare score and body count all featuring.
I have produced a re-up of Children Of The Stones tee shirts and a short run of COTS sweatshirts in both green and blue. They look remarkably stylish, so much so I have reserved one myself.
There is a new old Bowyers tee shirt, featuring the award winning logo designed from 1969. There are a short run of Mole Jazz tees, a brand new Music Wise owl in very groovy green and purple. Plus the usual annual Xmas mix feauring schoolkids singing badly and including a carol version of Van Der Valk.
I believe the postal service has somewhat improved over the last week or so - a parcel I sent to Glasgow on Tuesday arrived on Wednesday! Also, the warehouse has brought in several trained up staff to get all orders out pretty much as soon as they come in.
And here are the classic Trunk 50p Xmas larks. Including Japanese choirs singing Jingle Bells and more.
I'm now off to not watch Harry And Megan.
Thanks for listening as always
Jonny
