Morning, I hope all is well. Alright here - weather unpredictable, teens unpredictable, post very unpredicatable, dog very predictable.

It's worth reporting that I went to the Mildmay Club last Thursday. I went in at 7pm for a quick drink. Emerged at 12:30am, unlocked my bike and wheeled it across the pavement, hit the small step outside the Unitarian church and did £327 worth of damage to my bike. Cut my hand, hurt my arm and wounded my pride at the same time too. Going back there tonight for another quick one.

I also have news of the latest Trunk release. Simply called Tattoo, this is the original unreleased music from the 1975 documentary by John Samson. Music by Steve Joliffe (who was working with Samson at The National Film School at the time the film was shot) and has been pressed onto a ten inch. Took me years to track down the tape. Then I foolishly only made 300 records. They are only in the shoppe. I will probably have to make some more as I think the mix of slightly electric folky / light proggy sounds will go down well. If I do make some more they will be different to these one. Sadly the film has been removed from the usual sites so it's hard to see now. Anyway, the ten inch is now here.

One film that has not been removed but maybe should have been is Liberace and the young folk feeling groovy.

I'm now off to a weird electronics archive to have coffee made in a 1970s coffee machine and stuff like that. Could actually stay at home and do exactly that but really need to get out in the fresh air.

Don't forget, one week to go until the Mr Vintage Fayre. Two halls of vintage men's gear, clothing, trainers, art, weird stuff, records, watches, tees, books, lovely food, beer, snooker, free to get in. Mildmay Club N16, April 23rd...

Thanks for listening as always

Jonny
