Morning, I hope all is well. All groovy here. Another week, another wack load of travelling - ended up in Sheffield on Wednesday buying 1950s American shirts, which included a special "Barbequer" shirt decorated in a novelty print of tongs, charcoal, steaks, griddles and more. It even came with a matching chef's hat. It gets no better (in my small world / small mind).
In other news I'd like to thank all buyers for the mad tee shirt rush last Friday. I made 5 different tee shirt styles and they nearly all went pretty much before lunch. Amazing.
Up for grabs today I have some dinky / dinked Trunk LPs. These came back from the central warehouse this week and they are sealed LPs but with very small corner bumps or dinks - and in most cases I really do mean very small. £10 each. Some titles are out of print, like Blood On Satan's Claw, Magician etc. Grab a bargain here.
Here is a really great short film about American artisanal folk makig groovy things. It's great but the music does go a tiny bit wonky ever now and again.
I'm now off to go and see Paul in West London. His record shop, Sounds Original, is shutting this weekend after 40 years of trading. I am going to say bye bye and I shall miss his legendary novelty / oddities section. And his "birthdays this month" window displays too. Try and make it down there if you are anywhere near west London.
Thanks for listening as always
