Morning, I hope all is well. All groovy here, it has been an average week with few events. Although I have had a mass of spam from people I don't know called "Jenny", "Hannah", "Ruby" and "Ian" talking utter rubbish and how they can help me to sort it out.
In other news I went to see a record collection in Ealing yesterday. It was all hiding in an 18th Century blanket box. Sadly it was all classic charity shop fodder apart from a weird Krautrock LP by Embryo nestled in amongst the Flanders & Swan and Decca World Of Classical compilations. And I've just had two new emails from "Nick" and one from "Jack", yet more spam.
There will be news of the new Trunk LP possibly next week. Possibly the week after. But it is in and it will be available soon. In the meantime thanks to all who bought the dinked LPs last week very fast indeed.
Dates for the diary - Mr Vintage Fayre October 6th. The Groovy Record Fayre November 2nd. Exciting!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you'd like to have a stall.
Going back to the subject of German music, here is amazing early footage of Kraftwerk playing long before anyone knew how groovy and important they were going to be. Includes a version of my fave Rucksack. I mean "Ruckzuck".
I'm now off to to the Spitalfields Record Fair and this week I'm once again taking back some of the terrible LPs I bought last time.
New email just in from "Andrew" and "Rebeca". With one c.
Thanks for listening as always.
