Morning, I hope all is well. All is fine here. Apart from the fact there was a mosquito in the bedroom last night so I kept being woken up by its whining buzz near my ear and new bites on my arm. And a new one on my finger.
Also, I had a week of clearing out stuff from my office that had been hanging about doing nothing for about ten years. One of the more unusual items I came across and moved on was a mid 1960s early rubberwear catalogue. It came from a house clearance many years ago. The daughter of the deceased house owner found it when clearing the house - she never knew her father was a secret rubber guy. She thought I'd like it.
In other news pretty much all Trunk Xmas orders have now been cleared, we have been told by the post office people that deliveries have been very slow and unpredictable all around the UK when it comes to delivery. But we all knew that already. Still time to grab something fab - I have 5 Magpie TV sweatshirts left, 6 owl sweatshirts, 1 stalk / frog sweatshirt left, no Wasp tees, some LPs and some Xmas mixes too. All here.
Also this week I managed to license some groovy old music which has taken me an absolute age to track down. I'm very excited. More of all that next year.
In the meantime, here is a Herbie Hancock introducing his killer mid 1970s fusion band on Dutch TV.
I'm now off to dig in the dusty corners of my office for more unusual treasure to sell. I think my collection of utterly useless but very graphic old drinks cans may well be next...
Thanks for listening as always
