Morning, I hope all is well. All fine here. Although I did go to - wait for it - a "Boxfit" class on Wednesday. As a result I am finding it difficult to hold anything. Or lift anything. I'm sure this will pass soon. The long term plan / idea is that I get fitter than I am now, through hitting people. 

In other news there is a new run of Cybernetic Serendipity head tees. The off white ones sold out super fast, so we now have a short run of light blue tees with a fine navy blue screen printed head on the front. They look fabulous, and really graphic, and oddly pop art and there are only 20 and they can be found right here. 

Apparently the new Trunk LP lands in the UK this weekend. So more of that after the bank holiday. 

Still on the subject of tees, here is a 1978 Children's Film Foundation film called Sammy's Super T-Shirt. 

Have a groovy bank holiday. I'm heading off to fight mods and rockers in Margate on Monday, which is still a tradition for four of them. Hopefully my arms will have recovered by then.
