Morning, I hope all is well. All groovy here. Not much to report apart from my ongoing battle with parrots. Or rather Parakeets. The "Ringed Neck" green ones (and yes, there is a joke in there for sure).

So I have three bird feeders in my small garden. Many with squirrel defences built in. But anti Parakeet ones do not exist, or are ineffectual. These cunning birds are like special ops troops and will attack a high end bird feeder with stealth and cunning. Two will be on watch while three others get to work - and I do mean work. They work out how to open it via logic or beaky force. It is quite extraordinary. This week I walked into the garden to see a gang of them all looking at me sideways, and the big bird feeder was upside down in the pond.

In other more interesting news we found a small box of Bruton Brutoff LPs yesterday. Just 19 of them. They are here if you did not get one. KIller album. And we found a rogue box of Fuzzy Felt Folk CDs. They are here. It's a classic CD - sounds great in the car.

This week I have be mainly watching the World Athletic Championships in the evenings. It has been amazing. Here is my hero Daley Thompson. What an athelete. And here is David Bedford setting a world record in red socks.

I'm now off to run into the centre of London to pick up a poster that has been with the person who is supposed to be framing it for 16 weeks when he said it would only take 4. And last time I went there his wife was rude about my bike.

Thanks for listening as always.
