Yes this is it, the best worst album of all time. Well possibly, If you don't count the Shaggs, but this is very different indeed. Musically sandwiched somewhere between Florence Foster Jenkins and Mrs Miller this is a total masterpiece of tragedy, comedy and all points in between. It's a brilliantly conceived album of cleverly selected numbers, majestic and humorous orchestrations and terrifying vocals all timed and pitched to utter perfection. I've had this album for twenty years now and it still makes me laugh out loud. And I often use it to torture my wife and family, but in a good way. You will never hear a better song about cheese (Limburger Lover), or one about rats either.
