Description
Ted Dicks - Sex Clinic
Yes, the long awaited (long awaited by the Dicks family) unreleased OST to the 1971 blackmail drama set in a beauty clinic, with rather a lot of tops and bottoms on show during various "treatments". Sex Clinic was a film written for flea-pit cinemas by Hazel Adair and Ken Walton (yes, the famous TV writer and the wrestling commentator) as a follow up to their earlier Virgin Witch success. Sex Clinic is different and is basically like a long episode of Crossroads, but with nudity, a pool party and desperate middle aged men wearing towels all over the place. Music by the great Ted Dicks - the behind Virgin Witch, many great songs for Bernard Cribbins and of course the Catweazle theme. Musically this is not what you'd think or really expect - this is a fine bluesy jazz piano thing, and very good it is too. I mean I wouldn't issue it if it was crap. The LP is limited to 500 copies only (yes, no repress) and comes with artwork from the Italian release of the film - it was also issued in many countries in 1971 with various titles including "Clinic Xclusive", "Betty Roker's Salon", "The Perverse Masseur", "With These Hands" and more.
