So, this image was originally found by John Coxon at Atlantis Records in Hackney. He was showing me this rare 80s Street Soul 12" he'd just got in (The Tony Crocket Queen Of Hearts 12") and when he pulled it out of the sleeve to play it, we saw that whoever used to originally own it back in 1982 had drawn this illustration on the white inner sleeve, and written "Vicious Rap" over the top of the singing super cool guy. I love it. The biro drawing is brilliantly detailed - rolled up sleeve cuffs, good collar detail, epaulets, logo on the jacket, jewellery, tight hair, everything is superb.
