I started listening to the Fisher Family in the 1990s. I don't listen as much now as used to - I only dip back into folk every now and again. But I went to a weird bookshop this week, saw loads of folky odd books, had a folky conversation and went back in this week. And it kinda goes with the wintery weather right now too. I like this little and very honest folk record. Especially the track that sounds exactly like a track from a Morricone Western.
